Citizens Advice is set to deliver a new service called “Universal Support: Help to Claim” which offers end-to-end support to help people make a new Universal Credit claim and be ready for when their first payment arrives.
We are looking for someone to provide an effective and efficient support service for first time Universal Credit claimants. The service includes the provision of advice, information and digital support via face-to-face, telephone and digital channels, aimed at helping claimants through to the first payment of Universal Credit.
We need someone proficient in IT with effective communication skills. Knowledge and experience of welfare benefits advice is desirable.
Salary: £19,000 + 10% pension
Hours per week: Up to 37 (variable)
